Logos on high-fashion runways have had a revival after years of being pushed aside for minimalist, logo-free wear. Alexander Wang in particular has shown large logos on tees, sweatshirts and other casual wear. The logo-heavy apparel capitalizes on the millennial trend of ironic apparel. Dana Thomas, author of the book Deluxe: How Luxury Lost Its Lustre, explains that the high-fashion logoed apparel of 2014 is mocking marketing. But we have to wonder: Is it really mockery or irony if everyone is buying into the marketing? Either way, logos are in. Start imprinting those fashion tees.
