Memorial Day weekend is fast approaching and you know what that means—barbecue season!
Now, you're probably thinking: "I don't need hot outdoor temperatures sandwiched in between American holidays to use my grill." Ah, yes, there is no rest for the grill master. I should know considering how many times I've prepared hot dogs, burgers and bratwursts. Okay, I confess—I don't even know how to turn on the grill. However, I do know grilled food tastes delicious when properly cooked.
