Bullet's Growth Prompts Introduction of New ERP System

Company increases efficiency to continue offering low prices and reliable service.

February 9, 2012

Miami-based Bullet, a subsidiary of Polyconcept North America, announced the unveiling of its new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The system will ensure that customers receive the low prices and reliable service they have come to trust from Bullet as the company continues to offer increasingly more product options.

The new ERP system will assist Bullet employees as they strive to:

  • Process orders more quickly
  • Provide real-time inventory updates
  • Offer the lowest prices in the industry
  • Develop specials and promotional offers

"As always, our focus will remain on offering our customers the lowest price possible on popular industry items," said Bob Herzog, president. "The implementation of the ERP will help us achieve that goal through increased efficiency as we continue to grow, making business with us easier than ever."

Although there were some delays caused during the launch of the new system, the company has restored its trusted 24-hour turnaround after only a temporary interruption in service. Additionally, the ERP will bring about a lot of flexibility for Bullet to account for future growth and expansion.
