Camsing Global LLC Acquires Avaline

Camsing Global LLC, Largo, Fla., announced today it has acquired award-winning industry supplier Avaline located in Parsippany, N.J. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

A family-owned company for nearly 20 years, Avaline has a reputation for a variety of top-quality products, and outstanding service. Avaline is an industry leader in emblematic jewelry and offers several additional product categories including bags, drinkware, poly-stationery, chairs and umbrellas. In addition, Avaline manufactures a range of wood products in the U.S. under the Falcon Promotional Products brand.

“Avaline fits very well strategically within our umbrella of legacy industry brands,” said Billy Dolan, chief executive officer of Camsing Global. “The acquisition allows us to consolidate some complimentary product lines between the two companies, as well as expand into some new product categories like emblematic jewelry, poly-stationery and wood products.”

Avaline is a five-star rated supplier, winner of the prestigious ASI Distributor Choice award for nine consecutive years in emblematic jewelry and holds QCA accreditation.

“This is an exciting opportunity for us,” said Len Hornstein, founder and CEO of Avaline. “Camsing Global’s international supply chain and extensive resources will allow Avaline to further expand its capabilities and build on our core values of customer service, innovation, and decorating options.”

Camsing Global plans to move Avaline’s inventory and production to its North American headquarters in Largo, Florida. Customer service and certain administrative functions will remain in New Jersey. “We plan on retaining the key individuals currently on the front lines servicing distributors for Avaline intact,” said Jason Miller, president of Camsing Global. “Moving the inventory and production into our operations in Florida allows us to utilize existing capacities and infrastructure.”

In January, Camsing Global acquired industry suppliers Corvest and Senator Promotional Group USA. The company is now the parent of the following brands: Adva-Lite, Toppers, It’s All Greek to Me, Senator Writing Instruments, Dart Business Accessories, Noteables, China Imprint and Contract Imprint.

Too bad! Avaline was a great company to work with. So far they have stripped Dart’s product line and created inventory problems with Senator. Hope they can right the ship!

Congratulations!! Isn’t it just great to hear in this bad economic time that Camsing Global will be laying off more employees.
I hope the very selfish Jason Miller and Len Hornstein are proud of themselves.

Camsing Global buys companies for the name only, closes offices and lays off employees. And all of you who buy from them help put good people out of work.

Avaline laid off over a dozen employees yesterday afternoon, without warning or notice. Is that the "exciting opportunity" that Len Hornstein spoke about?
