Sarah Page and Liz Tesreau have been recognized for their outstanding customer service and promoted at Fredericktown, Missouri-based Cap America.
Page is being promoted from customer service manager to director of customer relations. She will be responsible for coordinating communications between the overseas and customer service divisions, which will streamline information and expedite response time to client requests. Tesreau has earned her new position as customer service manager by demonstrating extraordinary leadership ability and excelling at helping customers. Tesreau was a customer service supervisor.
