Former SVP Global Strategic Marketing at Elavon Joins L.A. T Sportswear Inc.

L.A. T Sportswear Inc., Ball Ground, Ga., announced the new hire of Rebecca Clements as chief marketing officer, effective immediately.

Clements comes to L.A. T Sportswear Inc. from Elavon, where she served as senior vice president of global strategic marketing. She brings more than 17 years of experience in strategic marketing, pricing strategy, strategic partnerships, product development and marketplace positioning. Prior to Elavon, she served as director of consumer pricing, strategy and strategic alliances at Bellsouth.

In her role at L.A. T Sportswear, Clements will bring her extensive strategic marketing experience to the company's customer service, marketing and sales teams to help define brand messaging, customer communications and sales growth for L.A. T Sportswear's apparel brands. "Rebecca brings energy, experience and a unique perspective to our business, and we are thrilled to have her join the team," said Gina Watson, president and CEO of L.A. T Sportswear Inc.

Clements is filling a new role at L.A. T Sportswear. Previously, Mindy Anastos, vice president of production planning, filled the role as vice president of marketing. Her expertise in production planning, as well as exponential growth for L.A. T Sportswear, necessitated the creation of a new position and a re-focusing of her efforts to the production arena.
