HPC Global Hires Michael Kogutt

HPC Global, located in Hanover, Pa., has hired 28-year industry veteran Michael A. Kogutt, MAS, MASI, as vice president of sales. In this position, Kogutt is tasked with growing sales and, more importantly, quality relationships with distributors. His responsibilities include the creation of specific policies, programs, sales tools and sample offerings for distributors. Additionally, he is developing and managing a multi-line representative sales force, attending industry trade shows and assisting in new product development and selection. He also oversees production of the catalog, sales collateral and marketing materials.

Kogutt began his industry career with Dart Business Accessories, where he held a number of positions during his 24-year tenure, including vice president of sales and co-owner. After Dart Business Accessories was acquired, he spent one year as the vice president of sales for Senator Promotional Group USA/Dart Business Accessories. Subsequently, he has held the vice president of sales position at Houston, Texas-based Landes Inc. as well as Fairfield, New Jersey-based Points of Light.

An active volunteer, Kogutt has served as a member of the PPAI Education Committee and PPAI Membership Services Committee, fulfilling two-year terms for each. Additionally, he spent six years on the board of the CAS/MAS Alumni Association, serving in all board positions, including president.
