The Magnet Group promoted Tricia Piontek to senior vice president and general manager.

The Magnet Group, Washington, Mo., announced the promotion of Tricia Piontek to senior vice president and general manager of The Magnet Group Brands.

Piontek was hired in 2001 as a customer service representative, and has held a variety of customer-focused positions over the last 16 years. She believes “you should treat everyone as a customer."
