Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), the not-for-profit association for more than 10,600 members of the $17.7 billion promotional products industry, announced that Marsha Flanagan has joined the association as director of content strategy and development, effective immediately. In this role, Flanagan is responsible for steering strategy and the development and delivery of all current and future PPAI professional development and editorial offerings. She will work with the professional development and publication teams as well as association volunteers to enhance, design, plan and implement education and training for promotional marketing professionals and work to incorporate such education and other content into PPAI's editorial offerings.
