Nichole Stella to Join M. Rubin & Sons as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development
PHILADELPHIA (May 16, 2017) – Promo Marketing, the leading source of product and marketing information for distributor sales professionals, today announced that Nichole Stella, president and chief revenue officer, has joined Top 40 industry supplier M. Rubin & Sons, Long Island City, N.Y. She will serve as executive vice president, corporate strategy and development, and will oversee the strategic vision across the various divisions of the company, including Blue Generation.
Throughout her career, Stella has driven various organizations to embrace change, think big and implement new strategies through creative and innovative thinking. She has spent the last 12 years at NAPCO Media (parent company of the Promo Marketing Media Group), transforming the brands under her leadership in all areas, including developing and launching new online products and services; selling complex enterprise level technology and marketing solutions; forging and negotiating strategic partnerships; and recruiting and developing top sales, marketing and creative talent. Since 2013, as president, she quickly scaled the Promo Marketing Media Group and significantly increased revenue, cementing Promo Marketing’s status as an industry heavyweight.
