Positive Promotions Inc. Acquires Quality Planners Inc.

Positive Promotions Inc., Hauppauge, N.Y., acquired the assets of Quality Planners Inc., including its entire portfolio of student planners and customization capabilities.

“This acquisition will enable Positive Promotions Inc. to broaden its already extensive portfolio of educational products that we currently sell to our over 50,000 school customers throughout the United States,” said Nelson Taxel, CEO of Positive Promotions Inc. “Our company’s significant expertise in developing products that promote learning, support student progress and inspire a positive school culture will be deployed into the enhancement of student planners.”

Under terms of the acquisition, Quality Planners’ management will join Positive Promotions to facilitate the integration of both companies’ product expertise in the educational markets.
