Jamie Raynor Assumes Role of Director of Sales and Operations at JournalBooks

Charlotte, North Carolina-based JournalBooks/Timeplanner Calendars, a member of Polyconcept North America, the second-largest supplier of hard goods within the promotional products industry, has promoted Jamie Raynor from national sales manager to director of sales and operations.  In her new role, Raynor will continue to lead and develop the JournalBooks sales and customer service teams as well as direct operations among all departments. Raynor has earned this position after nearly twelve years at JournalBooks, during which she’s worked in both sales and marketing and held the titles of customer service manager and creative sales director. 

General manager Tim O’Boyle described Raynor’s contributions to JournalBooks, “Jamie has helped develop and implement procedures throughout our organization that improve the production process and ultimately the customer experience. Her new role will give her the ability to serve our customers and build on the award-winning service for which JournalBooks/TimePlanner Calendars is known.”

Raynor commented on her new position, “I am excited about my new role and the opportunity to work with our entire team to continue to grow JournalBooks and exceed our customers’ expectations.”
