Soundline Acquires Assets of Sound Promotions

Soundline LLC, Randolph, N.J, announced that it has come to an agreement to acquire the assets of Vista, California-based Sound Promotions/Private Label CDs.

"We have acquired assets from Sound Promotions, allowing distributors continuity with the products they may have sold from Sound Promotions in prior years," said Joel D. Schaffer, MAS, CEO of Soundline. "Soundline will be able to provide much of the core product, or similar product, but in the same graphic packaging as originally provided by Sound Promotions."
