Starline USA Announces New Multi-Line Representatives for Northeast USA

Starline USA, headquartered in Grand Island, N.Y., announced a newly formed partnership with three multi-line sale representatives. Jim Bull, vice president of sales for Starline USA, welcomed Jim McLaughlin, SS Enterprises and Cupps Sales Group as Starline USA representatives. All three of these reps are well known within the Northeast U.S.

Jim McLaughlin will cover Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Southern New Jersey and Northern Maryland. Although new to Starline USA, McLaughlin has been selling and servicing distributors in the promotional products industry for the last 12 years. In that time, McLaughlin has primarily handled high-end apparel lines. Prior to selling to distributors, he spent six years selling to golf shops and in other retail venues.

Scott Schaefer of Canandaigua, New York-based SS Enterprises will represent Starline USA in Western Pennsylvania and upstate New York State (up to New York City). A 13-year industry veteran, Schaefer founded SS Enterprises in 1998 and has represented a number of Top 50 suppliers over the years.

In 2007, Schaefer was awarded multi-line rep of the year by Three Rivers Advertising Specialty Association (TRASA). He is a graduate of the State University of New York with BS in business administration. Schaefer can be contacted at or (585) 396-9310.

Gary Cuppernull of Cupps Sales Group will represent Starline USA in Washingon, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia and Southern Maryland. Cuppernull brings 15-plus years of experience in the industry and is based in the Northern Virginia area. “I am extremely excited about working with Starline,” he said. “Their product quality and selection is outstanding, and their customer service and website are second to none.
