World Emblem International, Miami, announced the launch of its new Laser Names product. Laser Names give the look of direct embroidery without the uncomfortable pellon backing and wrinkled appearance. With an array of options to choose, they are a great way to personalize apparel, totes and caps.

Laser names can be made in a wide variety of polyester fabric colors. With the same fonts and sizes of current embroidery available, each name can be laser cut into a choice of script and block font styles. Each name is produced on an adhesive tape and a urethane backing making for easy heat seal application. This also means that, unlike direct embroidery, Laser Names are completely removable, allowing your garment to be reused with other emblems and apparel decorations. The first letter of the name is capitalized at a height of 5/8" and the following lower case letters are 5/16" in height.
