In an update to news first released this morning, Beacon Promotions Inc. provided further details on its exclusive distribution agreement with Senator GmbH & Co. KGaA of Gross-Bieberau—Germany to market and sell their plastic and metal pens to the promotional products marketplace in North America. This agreement will take effect January 1, 2013.

Beacon Promotions Inc., located in New Ulm, Minn., this morning announced that it has formed an exclusive distribution agreement with SENATOR GmbH & Co. KGaA of Gross-Bieberau - Germany to market and sell their plastic and metal pens to the promotional products marketplace in North America. This agreement will take effect January 1, 2013.

"The SENATOR brand is known around the world as a premium writing Instrument Company and stands for unmistakable quality, innovation and sustainability."

Yesterday, SENATOR announced that it would end its supply and marketing deal with supplier Camsing Global on January 1, 2013.

Top-50 supplier Camsing Global is pleased to announce the launch of Drinx, a new line of drinkware for the promotional products industry. The line includes more than 100 styles of tumblers, travel mugs and sport bottles, as well as a complete array of glassware and ceramics that will fit into any promotional budget.

Camsing Global LLC announced it has acquired Senator Promotional Group USA Inc., parent company of Senator Writing Instruments and Dart Business Accessories.

Avenel, New Jersey-based Vantage Apparel, a leading manufacturer and decorator of logo apparel, has promoted Brett Garran to regional sales manager for the Northeast region including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and all of New England. Garran has been with Vantage for two years and most recently held the position of sales representative.
