1. Add Value

In business, this is a simple concept. Your customers don’t just want products. They want value. No one ever ordered a pen or a business card or any of the other hundreds of thousands of products we sell for the sake of having the product. They wanted those products to provide value. Find the real value they are seeking from using the products, and you will maximize your success. The same is true in your personal life. If you take time to truly understand your friends and meet their needs, you will have great friends for life.
