Columbia Sportswear is accusing Lululemon Athletica of infringing on the trademark of Columbia activewear subsidiary Prana Living. Lululemon, the yoga and activewear company based in Vancouver, B.C., has offered as recently as last October a "Perfect Prana Pant" and "Perfect Prana Long Sleeve Henley," the lawsuit says.
Lululemon has continued to offer products with the Prana name on a Lululemon-affiliated website after receiving letters from Prana's lawyer warning to not do so, the lawsuit says. A Lululemon spokeswoman declined to comment, citing company policy to not comment on pending litigation.
