ABnote Group Joins MULTOS Consortium
Fort Lee, New Jersey-based The ABnote Group, a leader in the provision of services and products to the payment and government identification markets, announced it has joined the MULTOS Consortium, a group of international blue chip organizations responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of the MULTOS specification, which is an open, non-prorietary smart-card operating system.
The ABnote Group, which takes pride in its ability to implement customer-driven solutions without favor to any particular smartcard technology, is pleased to join a diverse membership group which reflects the interests of companies in many sectors including telecommunications, e-commerce, travel, entertainment, retail, media and government.
