Activate! Promotions + Marketing Officially Becomes BrandAlliance

As of July 1, 2016, Activate! Promotions + Marketing, Charlotte, N.C., officially is operating as BrandAlliance. This name change is the result of a merger between the two organizations that took place on June 30.

The completion of the merger allows BrandAlliance to leverage a true North American solution for its U.S. and Canadian markets. The combined company will have an increased international presence with minimal business overlap and a greater, more aligned service set.

“A lot of hard work has gone into pulling together two large organizations within a year,” said Fred Parker, president of A Brand Company, parent company of Activate! Promotions + Marketing and partner company of BrandAlliance. “We’ve exceeded our expectations, and we can now look to the future as we grow together toward becoming a global leader.”

In the coming months, BrandAlliance will issue new brand standards, roll out targeted marketing initiatives and unveil a website refresh to reflect the company’s industry standing.
