During the week of August 11, Lino Lakes, Minnesota-based ADG Promotional Products, parent company of Saratoga Pens/Windmill Planners and AdImages Drinkware/Arlington Keepsakes, suffered temporary, intermittent phone shutdowns due to damage to phone lines in the New York area traced to the Verizon employees' strike.
"Our apologies go out to anyone that tried to contact us during the shutdown and encourage them to contact us again. Although we cannot guarantee we won't suffer additional downtime during this strike, we are doing everything we can to manage the situation," the company said in a statement.
