Ads On Magnets Acquires EVPRO

Ads On Magnets, Castle Rock, Colo., announced that it has acquired EVPRO, an industry supplier of domed magnets and domed decals based in Lakewood, Colo.

"This new venture enables us to continue expanding our offerings in the ad specialty market while adding more decorating options for our current and future customers,” said Steve Brown, general manager for Ads On Magnets. “We’re committed to bringing the highest quality magnetic products to the market, while giving distributors more customization choices for their customers. We’re excited to bring EVPRO into our company."

The construction of the decal is as follows: the printer prints on the materials surface, and then the thick, yet crystal-clear polyurethane is dropped over each decal forming a dome, which protects the imprint and gives it a 3-D look. The polyurethane doming material is tough but flexible, UV-resistant, and suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

“EVPRO is a good fit for us," Brown added. "By acquiring the company, we can provide unparalleled value for our clients and unique opportunities for our ad specialty distributors. We have a lot of work to do to before we can offer this integration, but we are shooting for the [fourth-quarter] timeline.”
