AIA Corporation Announces New Chief Information Officer
AIA Corporation, Neenah, Wisc., announced today the appointment of Randy Mohrbacher as the company's new chief information officer. Mohrbacher will be responsible for overseeing and executing the company's overall technology strategy to help AIA's employees, more than 300 independent U.S. franchise owners nationwide and more than 3,000 suppliers. This includes developing a best-of-breed enterprise infrastructure to serve the company and its owners, and managing technology and future advancement for order procurement, security and vendor management.
Mohrbacher has served as interim CIO for AIA since October 2016, and has had the opportunity to engage with the owner and supplier communities, listen to their needs, conduct thorough analysis, and determine the technological infrastructure needed to move the needle forward and deliver results.
“We are thrilled that Randy will join AIA in a full-time capacity,” said Matt Gresge, CEO of AIA Corporation. “Randy’s experience runs so deep that the size or scale of a project doesn’t stop him. He’s an engaged and approachable leader who confronts situations head-on with thoughtful analysis and forward-thinking strategy to implement the best technology that will improve outcomes and efficiency for AIA and its stakeholders.”
With more than 30 years of experience as a technologist, Mohrbacher previously worked in the defense, distribution, financial services, health care, manufacturing and retail industries, and played an integral role in solution and enterprise architecture, cyber security, compliance, due diligence, governance, integration, risk management, budgeting and strategy.
Prior to joining AIA, he was a consultant with Liberty Technology Advisors Inc., the director of information technology at MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions, and spent 10 years with JPMorgan Chase as the first vice president/technology director.
