American Apparel Inc. Announces Appointment of Stacey Shulman to Chief Technology Officer
American Apparel Inc., Los Angeles, appointed Stacey Shulman as chief technology officer effective February 22, 2012. Shulman was previously the company's vice president of technology and will have responsibility for American Apparel's global information and technology operations.
"I'm thrilled to announce Stacey as our CTO," said Dov Charney, chief executive officer of American Apparel. "With over two decades of retail technology experience, and three years with American Apparel, Stacey brings considerable tenure to our team of technology professionals and a deep understanding of our brand and culture. She's been an asset in creating technology solutions for our highly dynamic business model and I'm fully confident she'll continue to do so with increased speed and effectiveness in this new role."
