BDA Adds Bridgwater and Szubski to Brand Management Team
Bensussen Deutsch & Associates Inc., the distributor based in Woodinville, Wash., announced the addition of Alecia Bridgwater and James Szubski to its strategic brand management team. Bridgwater will serve as divisional vice president of brand marketing and Szubski will lead the consumer products division (CPD) as director of marketing.
Combined, the duo brings nearly 25 years of marketing and leadership experience to BDA. Bridgwater most recently served as director of marketing of wireless products for AT&T, where her work directly contributed to a dramatic increase in revenue from $1 billion to $20 billion during her six-year tenure. While at Hasbro, Szubski oversaw the Duel Masters brand line, helping generate $70 million per year in ongoing, global revenue. Bridgwater and Szubski will be responsible for the development of business collateral to illustrate BDA capabilities and services while building brand awareness for the company's expanding line of consumer electronics accessories.

In addition to her time at AT&T, Bridgwater has served as a product manager for Drugstore.com, where she helped the company achieve its first million customers. She has also held marketing management roles at HomeGrocer.com, EA Sports and Microsoft.

During his time as marketing director for Northwest Natural Products, Szubski successfully positioned the company's flagship product as the No. 1-selling children's vitamin, beating out the company's leading competitor.
