BDA Creates New Position to Drive Customer Loyalty
Bensussen, Deutsch and Associates LLC (BDA), Woodinvile, Wash., announced the hiring of Cindy Jorgenson as its senior director of client experience.
This newly created position is in direct response to BDA’s effort to get closer to the customer by analyzing and enhancing communication across all channels. Jorgenson, a 20-year industry veteran, will lead BDA’s client experience initiative and the corporate marketing team.

Jorgenson has also served as president of the board of directors for the Upper Midwest Association of Promotional Professionals (UMAPP), and has held a number of sales executive and customer service roles throughout her career.
