BDA LLC Announces Acquisition of Boston-Based SwervePoint

BDA LLC, Woodinville, Wash., announced yesterday that it has acquired Boston-based SwervePoint.

“Over the last decade, SwervePoint has established itself as an industry innovator focused on amazing customer service," Jay Deutsch, co-founder and CEO of BDA, said in a press release. Early on, we identified them as a potential acquisition partner due to business acumen and their client-first partnership philosophy that aligns perfectly with BDA. This acquisition provides us the opportunity to continue our growth trajectory while integrating additional resources to better support our east coast clients. The Boston area now represents our largest east coast office presence and will provide a strategic hub from which to broaden our footprint across the northeast. From our partnership with the Boston Red Sox, to our existing clients we currently serve, we are proud to further engrain BDA into the great city of Boston.”

Additionally, SwervePoint co-founders Jamie Mair and Kevin Phoenix will stay on in unspecified roles.
