Broder Bros. Co. Launches Assurance Program
Broder Bros. Co., the Trevose, Pennsylvania-based apparel supplier, has launched a new four-part assurance program-the Performance Pledge. The Pledge focuses on critical aspects of a Broder customer's business and guarantees performance at the highest level-or the customer will be compensated.
The Performance Pledge consists of four key elements designed to meet or exceed customer expectations:
- The Inventory Pledge guarantees Broder will be in stock on the most popular styles in best selling colors.
- The Order Accuracy Pledge guarantees Broder will provide flawless picking, packing and shipping.
- The Pricing Pledge guarantees Broder will match any advertised or broadcast price on any style in-stock at its competitor in a customer's delivery area.
- The Quality and Social Responsibility Pledge guarantees Broder will meet or exceed standards of quality, social responsibility and regulatory compliance. As the founding member of the industry's Quality Certification Alliance (QCA), Broder is the only wholesaler of imprintable activewear in the group.
