Cap America Announces Chief Financial Officer

Cap America, Fredericktown, Mo., announced the promotion of James A. "Trae" Hastings III to the role of chief financial officer (CFO). Hastings began his career with the company in the role of corporate controller in November of 2006.

Hastings states, "I am proud of what we have been able to accomplish and enjoy being a part of the strong management team that has enabled Cap America to remain one of the best-positioned companies in the industry."

Hastings earned his Associate of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Accounting degrees from Southeast Missouri State University. His duties include external financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and functional effectiveness of company's global organization.
