Charles River Apparel Adds Three Sales Representatives

Charles River Apparel, Sharon, Mass., a manufacturer of outerwear and performance apparel, recently announced new members to its sales team. The company has added three outside sales representatives to handle growing accounts in Texas, Oklahoma, and western New York and Pennsylvania.

With a combined industry experience of more than 50 years, the three new reps bring a wealth of experience to their roles, and will be key resources for Charles River Apparel distributors.

Sharon Wohlleber is a partner and executive vice president of the Hartley-Wohlleber & Associates Sales & Marketing Agency (HWA), and will focus her sales efforts in southern Texas. A native of Cornwall, England, Wohlleber has owned and managed retail and wholesale businesses for more than 35 years in the U.K. and U.S. She was twice named "Rep of the Year" by Ash City and was awarded the coveted "Supplier Rep of the Year" from distributor Stott's & Co. She lives in the Houston area with her husband and three dogs.

Scott Schaefer is Charles River's new western New York and western Pennsylvania rep. He started his career in 1998 with promotional products distributor Ribaudo & Associates and has worked in the industry for the past 17 years, most recently with Ash City. Scott and his wife were born and raised in Canandaigua, N.Y., and currently reside there with their two children.

Scott Blankenship will cover northern Texas and Oklahoma. He received a full four-year athletic soccer scholarship to Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 1988 and graduated with a bachelor of arts degree. Blankenship began his sales career in 1996 with UMBRO Soccer and Ash City, and has more than 18 years of experience selling apparel to the promotional products industry. He lives in Plano, Texas with his wife and two dogs.
