Club Colors, a promotional products and branded apparel distributor located in Schaumburg, Ill., announced that five members of its sales team—Jon Gursky, Leslie McNutt, Jason Heiss, Ankur Gandhi and Matt Queen—have been promoted. The internal promotions are a reflection of the company's philosophy of promoting leaders from within the organization, and come as the company continues to enhance its sales model to better serve its corporate and collegiate customers.
"Each of these individuals has a proven track record for success," said Cristian Tase, director of sales at Club Colors. "These changes will allow us to make an immediate impact on our forecasted growth in addition to supporting the long term goals of the organization."
Jon Gursky, former sales operations manager, is the new corporate sales manager responsible for leading the company's corporate sales team with a renewed focus on service and growing both existing and new relationships.
Leslie McNutt, former sales lead, will take on the role of collegiate sales manager. McNutt will lead a team of sales reps as the company continues its expansion within the collegiate marketplace.
Jason Heiss and Ankur Gandhi, both former sales leads, will transition into senior account manager roles. Heiss will be responsible for managing and growing several of key collegiate customers, while Gandhi will be responsible for managing the newly expanded, global relationship with a key corporate account in the technology industry.
Matt Queen, also a former sales lead, will take on the role of strategic collegiate account manager. In this new business development role, Queen will be responsible for identifying and securing new collegiate partnerships.
"As Club Colors continues to recruit, hire, and train more sales account executives, I am excited to witness this group emerge as leaders and look forward to the continued impact they will have on the company's growth," Tase said.
