Colman and Company Launches How-to Videos to Show Decorators Product Usage

Tampa, Florida-based Colman and Company, a distributor for embroidery, rhinestone and direct to garment printing, recently launched a series of how-to videos on its website.

“We’re taking all of those questions we receive every day from our customers, like ‘What’s the difference between the all these types of Rhinestones?’ or ‘How do I use your Patch Kit to make embroidered patches?’ and answering them with videos,” explained Mark Stephenson, director of sales and marketing for Colman and Company. “You’ll see Michael Georgevich, who is the one who actually answers all those questions when you call in, on video. Not only showing the differences in products, but also how to use them.”

Stephenson also said to check for new videos on a regular basis as the company continues to improve its website. The site is no longer just a place to buy Madeira Thread or a heat press, but it’s also a way for Colman and Company’s customers to learn fresh techniques to improve business.
