Facilisgroup Holds Two Successful In-Person Events for New Partners
Facilisgroup has reinforced the value of its community pillar with two successful New Partner events held recently at its St. Louis-area headquarters.
On February 24-25 and March 10-11, 2021, Facilisgroup welcomed a total of 15 new partners to participate in the events, the first to be held in-person since January 2020. While attendees have all been recent adopters of Facilisgroup’s business solutions, this was their first opportunity to be immersed in what has become a distinguishing hallmark of Facilisgroup—community.
“It’s so inspiring to see a group of like-minded strangers come together and quickly realize that they can plug into each other’s knowledge, strategy, challenges and efficiencies,” said Susan Kill, vice president of customer success and retention for Facilisgroup. “It’s so rewarding to hear our attendees say that they finally feel like somebody’s got their back.”
The two-day events also allowed partners the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the Facilisgroup support team and receive next-level product training that expands on the benefits and opportunities available within the platform. Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to bond further over dinner, and all were treated to a “Taste of St. Louis” goodie bag, featuring local favorites such as Fitz’s Root Beer, Bissinger’s Chocolate and Gooey Butter cookies.
While guests were introduced to the strong community pillar while at the event, it serves as only the beginning. Facilisgroup fosters the community through a steady curriculum of opportunities to connect, from small group cohort sessions to Facebook groups and additional in-person partner events.
“Facilisgroup may provide the conduit for this community, but nobody knows this business quite like our partners,” Kill added.
