Delegate CX Adds Industry Expert Becki Heinen as Director of Customer Success
Delegate CX, Dallas, the outsourcing specialists focused on helping growth-minded businesses in the promotional products industry grow and scale, are excited to announce that industry expert Becki Heinen, has joined the team as director of customer success.
Heinen joins Delegate CX from Facilisgroup, where she headed up a variety of different departments over four years, building up key training and onboarding processes for customers and partners. It was here that Heinen was exposed to the growing promotional products industry and where she had the opportunity to work with some of the leading distributors in the sector.
She brings a wealth of talent, enthusiasm and drive to her new role at Delegate CX, and is looking forward to working with the range of clients that the company is helping to grow.
