We may write our workout resolutions in January, but the fall is the time to get moving. It's the start of a new season, a new school year and a new business quarter. Even the busiest (or most exercise-averse) welcome the break from the scorching summer heat, and the addition of the beautiful scenery of autumn as the leaves change.
