Geiger Announces Acquisition of PromoManagers Inc.

Effective Aug. 22, 2017, Geiger, Lewiston, Maine, has acquired selected assets of PromoManagers Inc., a web-based distributor located in Plymouth, Mass.

The firm will operate as a division of Geiger under the name PromoManagers LLC a Division of Geiger.

Heather Simard, former owner of PromoManagers Inc., will remain as a key contact with the firm. Mike Truchon, vice president sales and customer experience with Crestline, a division of Geiger, will oversee the day-to-day operations of PromoManagers.
