PROMOTIONS EAST, the largest and oldest promotional products trade show on the East Coast, closed out Wednesday by announcing the winner of the show's largest prize ever: a new leased Cadillac SRX Crossover.
A raffle for the prize, sponsored by Prime Line and Promo Marketing, was held at 2:15 today. Paula Shulman, vice president of sales for Prime Line, announced Mary Priestley of Little Tee's Graphics in Atco, N.J., as the trade show's grand prize winner.
"We were thrilled to be able to be a sponsor with SAAGNY and Promo Marketing in giving away a car so that we can engage distributors to stay at the show a second day," Shulman said. "We've had a very successful event and it seems to have worked. Congratulations to Mary Priestley of Little Tee's Graphics, the winner of a new leased Cadillac."
Impressions of the show on the final day were positive. Several suppliers and distributors told Promo Marketing that the event was a success for them.
"The show's been great, better than last year," said John R. B. Cudahy, member of the SAAGNY board of directors and co-chair for PROMOTIONS EAST. "There's been lots of traffic, and it was busy all day yesterday and still busy today. Overall great show, it's been a really great turnout."
