Halo Branded Solutions Acquires Commotion Promotions

Sterling, Illinois-based HALO Branded Solutions, number six on Promo Marketing's 2014 Top Distributors List, recently announced the acquisition of Commotion Promotions, a promotional products distributor based in Phoenix. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Commotion Promotions sales team and key administrative staff will join HALO.
