HALO Branded Solutions Acquires American Pacific Promotions

HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., announced that it has acquired American Pacific Promotions, Livermore, Calif.

“We are excited for the growth opportunities our HALO relationship will provide to our clients and prospects,” Terry Woodhams, founder and president of American Pacific Promotions, said in a press release. “We have a hard-working team who will be able to utilize HALO tools ago serve our clients better than ever before.”

Our goal is to enhance these relationships with HALO’s award-winning creativity and world-class technology solutions.

HALO will maintain American Pacific Promotions’ sales offices in California, shifting a few administrative functions to HALO’s Illinois headquarters. Woodhams will remain with HALO in an unspecified leadership position.

This is HALO’s first acquisition after its February acquisition of Michael C. Fina Recognition, and the first since it broke ground on its new headquarters in April.
