HALO Branded Solutions Acquires BjM Promotions

As reported earlier today, top 10 distributor HALO Branded Solutions, located in Sterling, Ill., has acquired BjM Promotions, a promotional products distributor based in Islandia, N.Y. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. BjM Promotions' sales team and key administrative staff will join HALO.

"Bruce and Debbie Miller have built a great business," said Marc Simon, CEO of HALO Branded Solutions. HALO Branded Solutions will maintain the former BjM Promotions sales office on Long Island in Islandia, NY.
