HALO Branded Solutions Acquires Catalyst Marketing Inc.

HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., announced the acquisition of the business of Catalyst Marketing Inc., a Seattle-based creative merchandise agency.

HALO Branded Solutions will maintain Catalyst Marketing Inc.'s sales offices and graphic design capabilities, while transferring select administrative and support functions to HALO Branded Solutions’ headquarters. Havens will stay on with HALO Branded Solutions in a leadership position.
