HALO Branded Solutions Acquires Sunrise Identity

HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., announced the acquisition of Sunrise Identity, a brand merchandise company based in Bellevue, Wash.

HALO will continue to maintain the Sunrise office in Bellevue, and Sunrise will go to market as “Sunrise Identity Powered by HALO.”

The acquisition combines two of the industry's larger distributors—HALO finished No. 2 overall on our 2018 Top Distributors List, while Sunrise Identity finished No. 20. And it's another move in what has been a busy stretch of M&A activity for HALO. The company made three acquisitions in 2017 and acquired Caliendo Savio Enterprises Inc. in January of this year. In May, private equity firm TPG Growth acquired HALO.
