Hub Pen Company, Braintree, Mass., recently announced that it has hired Letia Anderson as a customer service representative. Anderson has 18 years of customer service experience, including supervising a Verizon call center team. She will be responsible for ensuring that customers' orders in Canada are processed quickly and efficiently.
When Anderson gets a break from her daughters, a three year old and a newborn, she loves to sing and write songs. Her enthusiasm and love of music brings joy to others, and she has led her church's praise team for many years.
Anderson enjoys the Hub Pen family atmosphere and looks forward to coming in every day. "This is who I am," she said. "I'm going to do everything I can to pull for my customers!"
Hub Pen also announced the addition of Sally Zhao as staff accountant. Zhao is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to joining Hub Pen, she worked at Liberty Mutual and at the UMass Amherst library. She was responsible for filing, helping students and organizing library material. She also maintained the faculty's website and helped them promote their work.
"I really enjoy working here," said Zhao. "My coworkers are very nice and helpful. I am very grateful that I can further develop my skills and knowledge here at Hub Pen."
Simone Coffran, accounting manager, added, "Sally is a valuable addition to our team and we look forward to the contributions she will bring to Hub Pen as a part of our finance department."
