Hudson Ferry Capital Invests in American Signcrafters

Hudson Ferry Capital announce that it has made an investment in American Signcrafters (ASC). ASC, with headquarters in Islip, New York, and additional manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and Florida, provides full design, manufacturing, project management and installation services to clients in a broad range of retail segments throughout the U.S. ASC was founded by its CEO, Jeffrey Petersen, in 1979 and has grown to become a premiere signage company specializing in national bank conversions and re-branding restaurants, retail stores and other global businesses.
