Igloo Names Gemline Preferred North American Distributor for Soft-Sided Coolers Marketed as Promotional Products
Igloo Products Corp., the nation's oldest and largest designer, manufacturer and marketer of insulated coolers and products for the outdoors, has named Gemline as a preferred North American distributor for soft-sided coolers marketed to the promotional products industry. The agreement begins on January 1, 2012. The Igloo soft-sided cooler product line will be launched as part of the Gemline product offering to the promotional products industry in spring 2012.
According to David Thornhill, Igloo executive vice president, the agreement joins two strong companies with similar pedigrees. "Since founding the product category, Igloo has remained the number-one brand in coolers in the retail market worldwide. This agreement with Gemline puts our products in the hands of a company whose reputation in the promotional products category is second-to-none.
