In Stepp Marketing Promotes Jolly to Vice President

President Jeff Stepp of In Stepp Marketing, Lawrenceville, Ga., has announced the promotion of Nancy Jolly to the newly created position of vice president of sales. In Stepp Marketing is a leading independent manufacturers’ representative and marketing firm for supplier companies to the promotional products industry.

Stepp announced Jolly’s promotion to industry sources from the company’s home office in Lawrenceville, Georgia, stating, “Throughout her stellar 18-year career in the promotional products industry, Nancy has continuously advanced to positions of leadership and authority, earning Rep of the Year Awards from key supplier accounts on multiple occasions.” Stepp added, “In addition to her continuing to manage accounts in six southwest states, Nancy will support In Stepp’s sales reps with innovative yet proven sales and marketing strategies between our supplier and distributor accounts.”

Jolly began her career in the promotional products industry as a supplier representative in 1990 in Texas, working with Ed’s West and Multiline Marketing before moving to In Stepp Marketing. Asked about her goals in her new position, Jolly replied, “I have always believed ‘partnership’ defines our role in this industry. We have been blessed with top suppliers to represent to our loyal client base. As reps, we become the bridge between the supplier and the distributor. Relationships are a key element in our success.” Jolly added, “I approach every day with the desire to provide exceptional sales support and marketing ideas to our distributors, distributor sales people and their clients. My new position will allow me to further this approach, not only in my immediate area of sales coverage, but now with my associates at In Stepp, and ultimately with their clients as well.”

Jolly resides with her family outside of Houston. Her states of coverage include Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arkansas and New Mexico.
