Joe Custer to Lead Young America as President and CFO

Incentive marketing firm Young America announced that Joe Custer, the company's chief financial officer and chief operating officer, has accepted the role of president. He replaces Mark Shipley, who accepted a challenging leadership position at a national Fortune 500 retailer.

Custer maintains his former role as CFO and has handed over his title of COO to Paul Hanson, the company's chief information officer. Hanson will maintain full leadership responsibilities over IT and operations.
