Justin Zavadil Named President of American Solutions for Business

Justin Zavadil has been named president of American Solutions for Business.

American Solutions for Business (ASB), Glenwood, Minn., has named Justin Zavadil president, effective immediately. Zavadill, the son of the company's founder and CEO, Larry Zavadil, previously served as a sales representative, director of vendor relations, vice president of sales and executive vice president.

Growing up in the industry, Zavadil spent his summers in the company's mailroom, in the warehouse or doing on-site maintenance for the company.

In his new role as president, Zavadil will manage the senior leadership team and the following home office departments: operations, finance, human resources, information technology, strategic operations support, marketing, vendor relations and vertical markets .

"I'm extremely optimistic about the future of this company," Zavadil said in a press release. "I'm pleased to support American's initiative to grow top line sales and continue to improve the home office processes and efficiency. Zavadil, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, worked in the real estate industry before working as a sales associate for the company's Minneapolis market.
