Label Art Holds Label and Packaging Bootcamp for Distributors
It was a whirlwind of learning at Label Art, Wilton N.H., as 15 New England distributor partners attended Label Art’s Label and Packaging Boot Camp on June 5.
The morning started off with a plant tour, taking participants through prepress, customer service and production. The tour got boot campers a look into flexography plate making, the Label Art ink match system and several of the facilities' 19 flexographic and digital presses.
Participants of the event received copies of Label Art’s latest marketing materials and a demo of the new website. Activities included a hands-on education of the custom products Label Art can produce, sharing of some tricks on the most common label materials and ways to identify them, and a unique pig drawing activity by Label Art’s quality manager that helped illustrate the value of accurate communication.
The day concluded with a drawing that sent one participant home with a new Pantone book set, and everyone in attendance received the Label Art sample book, valued at $50.
