Leed’s Honored by Top Distributors and Industry Publications
Pittsburgh-based Leed’s, a member of Polyconcept North America, the second largest supplier within the promotional products industry, recently earned acclaim from Geiger, Proforma, Caliendo Savio Enterprises, Jack Nadel, Identity Marketing, Promo Marketing and Adventures In Advertising. At the Geiger Galleria Awards Dinner in July, Geiger proclaimed Leed’s to be their production partner of the year and named Jennifer Markulin as their customer service associate of the year. In early August, Proforma also selected Leed’s as their Gold Hard Goods Supplier. Caliendo Savio Enterprises acknowledged Heather Newingham as their customer service rep of the year. Steve Kaplan was honored by Jack Nadel as their outside sales representative for the second quarter.
Identity Marketing’s first annual Readers’ Choice edition included ten Top 10 appearances by Leed’s, ranking 1 on the lists for supplier; customer Service; most innovative products; computer, electronics; desk accessories; and bags: totes, luggage. Leed’s also ranked for green products (#2); drinkware (#3); watches, clocks (#3); and health, safety products (#6).
Promo Marketing’s annual Supplier Excellence Awards featured multiple honors for Leed’s, as well. Leed’s was selected by Promo Marketing’s readers as the Gold supplier for bags: luggage & totes; clocks & watches; computer accessories; electronics; and office and desk. Leed’s also received the silver award for journals & notebooks and the bronze award for safety products.
Adventures In Advertising recognized Leed’s as their Best Overall Hard Goods Supplier for the fifth year in a row, as well as for having the Most Innovative and Effective Promotions. Perhaps the most impressive honor went to Darlene Griffin whom Adventures In Advertising selected as their Best Customer Service Representative for the 10th year in a row.
“To win representative of the year for ten years is quite an accomplishment in today’s business environment,” explained Steve Gelernter, Leed’s national accounts manager for the eastern region. “Winning one year is great—two years is a feat that we rarely see in any environment. But to do it over a decade of dominance in customer service is quite a testament to Darlene and to our entire organization’s commitment to great service.”
